Delaware Brewpubs and Microbreweries

Delaware Law was amended in 1995 to allow brewpubs to exist for the first time since Prohibition. Code was also amended to allow more logical taxation and administration of microbreweries and thus allowed them to exist for the first time since 1948 (Diamond State Brewery folded in 1948.) Here is a list of the three brewpubs and the one microbrewery that opened in mid-1995:
